• Pricing is based on truck space used (1/8 truck, 1/4 truck, 1/2 truck, etc.)
• All labor, hauling, and disposal fees are included
• No hidden charges - the price we quote is the price you pay

While we prefer to have someone on-site to point out the items for removal and approve the final quote, it's not always necessary. For straightforward jobs, you can provide clear instructions and pre-approval, and we can complete the work without you being present. Just make sure we have clear access to the items and area. For larger or more complex jobs, we recommend being there or having a representative available. Discuss your situation with us when scheduling, and we'll work out the best arrangement!

Absolutely! We understand that weekends are often the most convenient time for our residential customers. We offer Saturday service with regular availability. Our typical hours are Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays, but if you have an emergency situation, give us a call and we'll see what we can arrange. Weekend appointments tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance when possible!

Yes, we understand that plans change! We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Ideally, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our route and potentially serve another customer in that time slot. There's no cancellation fee - we just appreciate the courtesy of advance notice. We're committed to eco-friendly disposal and responsible waste management! Here's what happens to your items:

Usable furniture, appliances, and household items are donated to local charities, thrift stores, and families in need

Recycling

Metals, electronics, wood, cardboard, and other recyclable materials are taken to appropriate recycling facilities

Proper Disposal

Only items that can't be donated or recycled are sent to landfills - and we minimize this as much as possible

Our goal is to divert as much as possible from landfills while serving you efficiently and affordably.

Yes! We take electronics and appliance recycling very seriously. Electronics contain valuable materials that can be recovered and reused, as well as harmful substances that shouldn't end up in landfills. We work with certified e-waste recyclers and appliance recycling facilities to ensure these items are processed properly. This includes computers, TVs, refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners, and more. Some items may have a small additional disposal fee due to special handling requirements, which we'll discuss upfront.
